The Pugh-Bingham Wedding | Huntsville Wedding Photographer

Jessica and Zach became husband and wife on October 9, 2010, at Jackson Way Baptist Church in Huntsville, Alabama. What a special day! Emotions ran high all day long. From the moment we met Jessica at the hair salon, we could feel it. She was completely elated to be marrying her best friend in just a few hours. She had just finished reading a beautiful letter from Zach, and she was on top of the world. It was written all over her face, and we were thrilled to be there to capture those moments.

Jessica, her bridesmaids, mother and future mother-in-law filled the hair salon, and the whole room was a flurry of hair spray, makeup and wedding-day excitement. It was such fun to be with these ladies. There were moments of tears and moments of laughter, but every bit of it was fueled by joy. After spending a bit of time at the hair salon, Thomas went to spend some time with the groom and his groomsmen. They were watching football and doing “guy stuff,” so I’m sure he had some fun with them too.

After Jessica’s hair was done and the veil was in place, Thomas returned, and we followed her to the church. There, all of the girls finished up their makeup, put on their dresses, and anxiously awaited Jessica’s complete transformation into “the bride.” When I saw her dress, I wanted to squeal. It was everything a wedding dress should be and more. When she put it on, I was even more excited. She was a vision. The dress fit her like a glove. It was simply made for her.

Jessica & Zach’s first look was beautiful. Zach’s grin lit up the entire sanctuary. He too, was certainly thrilled to be marrying his very best friend. A lovely ceremony followed in a sanctuary filled with lots of guests who love this bride and groom very much.

The reception took place at Monte Sano Lodge in Huntsville, and it was gorgeous. Jessica worked with Molly Shook of Swanky Socials to make sure that all of her wedding dreams came true, and the reception came together beautifully. Floral arrangements in mason jars, tied in rafia with Jessica and Zach’s engagement photos were on tables throughout the venue. Tall, white, floral centerpieces were on the tables in the center of the room, slightly smaller arrangements adorned the mantles of each fireplace, and smaller arrangements, along with candles, were on other tables.

Jessica thought of every guest. The children had their own little eating area with drinks, crayons, snacks and tables just their size. The adults who wanted a slightly quieter environment could sit themselves inside, and those who wanted to listen to the band and dance the night away enjoyed the reception outside. There was even an area with televisions for the Auburn fans, so they could watch the rest of the game! Such a thoughtful bride! 🙂

The reception was fabulous. Every single guest was all smiles. Everyone danced late into the evening and seemed to have an absolute blast…and I don’t think Zach and Jessica could have possibly been happier. As they left the reception, they ran through a tunnel of friends and family members holding sparklers, smiling and cheering them on. I am quite certain that those same smiling guests will be cheering Jessica and Zach on for many years to come!

Congratulations, Mr. and Mrs. Bingham. {We too, are cheering you on!} We wish you two all of the happiness in the world, and we pray that your life together is filled with joy, love and friendship! Thank you for allowing us to capture such special memories. Be blessed!

Thank you to all of the lovely vendors we worked alongside at this wedding. You were wonderful!
