We are thrilled to be photographing Erin and Mitch’s wedding in just a few months. Thomas and I were friends with Erin in college, and we were excited to find out she was engaged. We were even more excited when she called us to inquire about photographing her wedding. Erin and Mitch live in Nashville, and Erin decided she wanted to do their e-session at her parents’ home in Florence.

We worked out a date that worked for all four of us, and Thomas and I drove up to meet Mitch and see Erin (for the first time in five years). We had a blast with these two. Conversation was easy from the very beginning, and Erin’s parents’ farm was the perfect location for the engagement session.

Oh…And another thing! This couple is so smooth in front of the camera. We helped pose them initially, but it didn’t take long for us to realize that Erin and Mitch didn’t really need posing. We let them do their own thing, and we loved the result. They are completely natural and comfortable together, and both have very laid-back personalities. Aiming our camera at them didn’t seem to hinder their comfort level at all.  It is obvious to me, that these two are made for each other.
